Context
Paretos positions itself as an agentic decision intelligence platform for supply chain and operations — inventory planning, forecasting, replenishment, and operational optimisation with agentic AI, embedded in the regular operations of enterprise customers. The stack addresses precisely the point in the operations value chain where decisions today are still often made heuristically or via spreadsheets.
The customer base includes a number of well-known names from retail, logistics, consumer goods, and pharma — among them Otto Group, EDEKA, Hermes, HelloFresh, ARMEDANGELS, and LASCANA. Publicly communicated effects range from significantly more accurate forecasts (for example +78 percent at Otto Group) and automated replenishment calculations (LASCANA) to double-digit production-potential improvements (HelloFresh).
